Recommended Use
Steep one tablespoon of tea blend per 8oz of boiling water for 10 minutes, covered. Enjoy up to 3 cups per day. For infants and toddlers reduce the amount of tea blend to 1/2 teaspoon. For older children increase the amount to a full teaspoon.
