Sweet Dreams Blend
A mellow blend that is deeply relaxing for the entire family. Wonderful to use to help unwind after a long or stressful day. Available as a tea, alcohol free tincture, or in capsule form.
Ingredients
Lovingly crafted with Organic Lemon Balm, Linden, Skullcap, Passion Flower and Lavender.
*Tincture is extracted in non-gmo vegetable glycerine.
*Vegetarian capsules used.
Recommended Use
Tincture
Enjoy 1-3 dropperfuls of tincture before bed, or as needed to unwind.
For children over 6 months old use 1 drop of tincture for every 5 lbs of body weight.
Tea
Steep one heaping tablespoon of herbs per cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes, covered. Enjoy up to 3 cups per day.
Capsules
Enjoy 1-3 capsules per day, as needed.
