Service Description

Our initial consultation usually takes place over the course of 90 minutes in either your home or over Skype. During this time we will dive deep into your backstory and discover how your past and current lifestyle habits are impacting your present state of health. Afterwards, we will work together to explore both herbal remedies and realistic lifestyle changes that can help bring your body and mind back into balance. To be able to get a clearer understanding of what makes you YOU, I request that you come to our consultation with a completed 3 day food journal.
